As an organization admin, you agree to:

• Moderate content within your organization to ensure it adheres to these Terms.
• Remove any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Delete users from your organization who violate these Terms.
• Act on user reports within 24 hours of receiving them.
• Ensure a respectful and safe environment for all users within your organization.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in:

Temporary disabling of your organization until the issues are resolved.

Permanent deletion of your organization, including all its members, groups, models, feeds, and any other content created by the admin and its members.

Removal from Nizeorg's platform if repeated violations occur

Welcome to Nizeorg! By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app. This EULA is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Nizeorg ("we", "our", "us") governing your use of the Nizeorg mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App").

By creating an account or using the Nizeorg app, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the App immediately.

You agree not to use the Nizeorg app to: - Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. - Harass, threaten, or abuse other users. - Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. - Collect or store personal data about other users without their explicit permission. - Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App, its servers, or networks connected to the App. - Use the App for any illegal purpose or in any manner that violates any local, state, national, or international law.

Nizeorg has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes, but is not limited to: - Hate speech, discrimination, or any content that promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. - Harassment, threats, or any form of bullying. - Spam, scams, or misleading information. - Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. - Any form of pornography or sexually explicit material. - False information or malicious content intended to deceive or harm others.

Users are encouraged to report any violations of these Terms. You can report content or users by using the "Report" feature within the app. Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken. Reporting is confidential and anonymous, and your identity will not be revealed to the person you are reporting.

Violations of these Terms may result in: - Removal of the offending content. - Temporary or permanent suspension of the user account. - Notification to law enforcement authorities if warranted. - Restriction of access to certain features of the App. - Legal action, if necessary.

Nizeorg reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed harmful to the app or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the App.

Nizeorg may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app, and your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nizeorg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of the App. - Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. - Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App. - Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party. - Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nizeorg is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nizeorg regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements between you and Nizeorg relating to the App.

This EULA provides a comprehensive framework to ensure users understand their rights and responsibilities while using Nizeorg, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a respectful and safe environment.
